Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking All on-site services must be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling for travel. Travel Costs Travel costs are included in the service fee. No additional charges apply for travel within the designated service area. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their service up to one week (7 days) before the scheduled date without incurring any fees. Requests to reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a 10% rescheduling fee and travel expense reimbursement. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled service date will incur no fees. If a client cancels less than one week before the scheduled service, they are subject to a 30% cancellation fee and travel expense reimbursement. No-Show Policy If a client fails to be present at the agreed location and time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee, along with travel costs, will be charged. Follow-Up Confirmation A reminder confirmation will be sent three days before the service date to confirm details and ensure everything is ready for the appointment.
