Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked online or via phone. Confirmation Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including the date, time, and a link (if virtual). Please verify the information promptly to ensure accuracy. Rescheduling/Cancellation Clients may reschedule or cancel their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees. Rescheduling or canceling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 service fee. Clients who reschedule or cancel less than one hour before will be charged 100% of the session fee or $50 for complimentary sessions. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may need to shorten the session to accommodate other clients. Full session fees will still apply. Payment Payment for packages is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Refunds will only be issued in the case of cancellations made 24 hours in advance or if the packaged is canceled by us. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the session fee will be charged. Follow-Up After the consultation, clients will receive a follow-up email summarizing the discussed options and pricing, along with the next steps.
